Corn-fed & Grain-fed are very nutritious. Because of their higher levels of marbling, grain-fed steaks tend to be richer in taste and texture. Marbling is generally considered the most prized feature of high-quality meat, and the most important factor in USDA steak grading – is much less prominent in pasture-fed cattle.
Chef Arizan spent seven years honing his skills at a steakhouse in Singapore before returning to Malaysia.
PitboyBBQ is barely 3 years old, but it’s already a prime destination for residents of Puchong and beyond – the restaurant serves up to 40 kilograms of meat per day (enough to feed eight adult tiger).
100% Woodfire BBQ, Low & Slow BBQ, Up to 16 hour
Beef brisket is smoked for over 16 hours, beef ribs and lamb shoulder for eight hours, and chicken for three hours. Low and slow at 108 to 120 degrees Celcius, to ensure terrific taste and tenderness.
